‘Ozen’, another lockdown project turned Edinburgh food scene staple, launched in 2021 serving an amazing pan-Asian menu with Western influences and using bright, colourful imagery to sell the awesomeness to the masses.

The Galpin Group acquired ‘Ozen Street Food’ in 2022 with an aim of improving the operational seamlessness and profitability of what was a fairly small operation.

We have plans to re-launch in Edinburgh soon and simultaneously launch as a dark kitchen in Glasgow, revolutionising Glasgow’s pan-Asian food scene and introducing the best bao in town!
